Snack #1: Fried Mac & Cheese Bites by Passion for Savings on Pinterest

Now, I consider snacks more on the savory side as opposed to treats. Treats = sweets and snacks = savory, right? Anyhow, these fried mac & cheese bites are so good! Better than I have had at any restaurant actually. I should not eat as much dairy as I currently do, but it is hard to not eat dairy when it is so delicious - especially in fried mac & cheese form!

Here is what you will need for this recipe:

  • 4 cups of macaroni pasta

  • 1.5 cups of cheddar cheese

  • 3 eggs, beaten

  • 1 cup bread crumbs

  • 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese

  • (2) bay leaves

  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
