Why I Choose to be Optimistic
I would describe myself as a person with a bubbly personality, and this wasn't how I always use to be. Back in 2018, I was experiencing a great deal of generalized anxiety and depression. My mind was filled with thoughts of negativity and pessimism that really wasn't like me at all. It literally drained me to think and go through every day life. I was sick of tired of it, so after a while I chose to work towards an optimistic mindset. Today, I will be telling you all why I choose to be optimistic.
Why Single-Use Doesn’t Mean “Only One Use”

Why Asking for Help Does Not Make You Weak
It seems like it is Mental Health Awareness month on Inspired by Diane, since I have been putting out lots of content this month centered around mental health. And I know it sounds crazy, but most of my blog post ideas come to me when I’m either in the shower, or in the drive-thru lane while getting some food. This idea came into my head about asking for help, and why people might not want to ask for help because it might make them appear weak. I am super passionate about asking for help & advocating for other people to ask for help, and wanted to tell you all today why I believe that asking for help does not make you weak.
5 Must-Have Apps for Self-Care
As most of our world is digital these days, so can our self-care. Self-care doesn’t just mean bubble baths and face masks. I mean, it can be that, but it doesn’t have to be ONLY that. From my perspective, self-care is any act of caring for your mind, body and emotional being. One of the ways I love to self-care myself is using apps on my phone, specifically targeted towards helping with mental health. I have looked at many apps on the App Store, both free & paid, and I think I have a good recommendation list of 5 must-have apps for self-care. Download links will be available down below!

Don't Apologize for Being You
I have always had a big laugh and a big smile. And both of those things became my worst enemy when I was bullied for having them. I shouldn't have to apologize for being me - and neither should you.
