My Favorite Daily Affirmations

As a strong believer in manifestation and positivity, I believe that affirmations are a great way to contribute to a positive and healthy lifestyle. One of the most important relationships you can have in life is with yourself, and that is what we are going to try to grow and strengthen today. In today's blog post, I wanted to dedicate an entire post surrounded around daily affirmations. From the affirmations I've personally practice to accounts you can follow for affirmation content, that what this blog post is all about today. Are you ready for some affirmations?

If you follow me on Instagram @dianesmullis, I have a highlight on my profile dedicated to my journaling. Within that highlight, I have many journal pages shown that have prompts for daily affirmations. What are those daily affirmations, you may ask? They are:

  • I am worthy of my time & space

  • My body is beautiful & is constantly changing

  • Everything is happening for me, not to me

  • I am opening my heart to all of the possibilities that are thrown my way

  • I love my mind, my body & my soul

Ways to Practice Daily Affirmations

If you'd like to know some ways you can actually practice these daily affirmations in your life, here are some suggestions:

  • Listen to podcasts as audio practice (you can do it while driving in the car, on the way to work)

  • Use a lined journal & write them down as a part of your daily morning/evening/nightly routine

  • Write them on your bathroom mirror and repeat them to yourself daily

  • Make them a mantra when meditating, or doing breathing work/yoga
